'Tranquil' Weather Continues, Temps Stay Warm For Chicago Area
Daily lake breezes will keep the lakeshore cooler, the weather service said.
ILLINOIS — Temperatures in the upper 80s are possible all week, as warm and mostly dry conditions continue, according to the National Weather Service. The "tranquil weather pattern" includes a high of 89 on Monday, 89 on Tuesday, 88 on Wednesday, 89 on Thursday and 86 on Friday.

The entire week looks to be dry, with the next chance for rain on Friday. There is a chance of rain during the day, followed by a small chance of storms on Friday night, according to the current forecast.
