The crash happened Sunday afternoon on Route 31 near Gentle Breeze Terrace in Carpentersville.
CARPENTERSVILLE, IL — One person was killed and two were injured
The crash happened at about 3:50 p.m. on Sunday when a vehicle that was northbound on Route 31 near Gentle Breeze Terrace collided with a vehicle that was headed south on Route 31, according to a news release from the Carpentersville Police Department.
One person was killed and two others were seriously injured in the collision, police said.
