Avoid Fitness Hibernation This Fall

Fall puts us all in a fitness funk. We would rather cuddle up inside than workout. Use these tips to avoid fitness fall off.

Once again the cold has officially managed to sneak up on us this year. No more sandals and shorts, it’s time to break out the jackets and boots, if you haven’t already. When we pull out our fall attire, we seem to drag the fall mindset out with it. Hibernation is on the mind; avoiding the brutal temperatures outside at all costs and keeping warm becomes top priority.

When the cold hits our inactivity levels increase and our motivation decreases. But just because it’s cold doesn’t mean we should leave our gym shoes and fitness trackers in the back of the closest. Make sure you avoid that fall fitness drop off by using these tricks to get moving this fall.
