Crystal Lake Teen Killed in Motor Vehicle Accident in Lakewood: Coroner
Jacquelyn Paulson, 19, was identified as having died in Saturday's accident at the the intersection of routes 47 and North 176.
The McHenry County Sheriff’s Office and local law enforcement officials are investigating a fatal accident that killed a Crystal Lake teen Saturday in Lakewood at the intersection of routes 47 and North 176, according to the McHenry County Coroner’s Office.
A release by the coroner’s office sent Sunday identified Jacquelyn Paulson, 19, as the fatality. No other details about the accident were given in the release.
An autopsy is scheduled for Monday to determine the cause and manner of Paulson’s death.
