The holiday season is always such a great time of the year, spending time with family and friends sharing great memories and an abundance of laughs. We gather each Thanksgiving to give thanks for everything we’re grateful for each year.
Although it’s a time filled with happiness and joy, holidays are often filled with food and beverage temptations all around you. D., professor of nutritional sciences at Pennsylvania State University.
