Spring Hill Mall Will Close Next Month

WEST DUNDEE, IL — A mostly-vacant suburban mall is set to close at the end of March.

The Daily Herald is reporting Spring Hill Mall will shut its doors for good and the tenants that remain at the mall have been notified of the closure. Village officials in West Dundee are in talks with Kohan Retail Investment Group, which owns the mall, to buy the mall.

One of the village's stipulations to that agreement is that all tenants, except for the movie theater and the Kohl's store, vacate the mall, according to the Daily Herald.
