Woman Rescued From Townhome Fire In Huntley
The woman was taken to the hospital following the blaze Sunday afternoon in the 12000 block of Regency Parkway.
HUNTLEY, IL — Firefighters rescued a Huntley woman Sunday afternoon from a townhome fire.
Fire crews arrived at the blaze in the 12000 block of Regency Parkway at about 2:40 p.m. Sunday and found light smoke coming from the one-story residential complex and heard a resident calling for help, the Daily Herald is reporting. Firefighters entered the residence and rescued the woman.
She was taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries that are not considered life-threatening, and a firefighter was treated at the scene for smoke inhalation.
