ALSIP, IL — With new positive cases of the coronavirus on the rise and with COVID-19 testing often hard to come by, Worth Township officials have partnered with state lawmakers to offer a free drive-thru testing site in Alsip.
The free testing site will be offered from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. on Saturday at the Worth Township offices, officials said. Testing will be done in the back parking lot of the township office, which is located at 11601 S. Pulaski Rd.
The drive-up testing is being offered through a partnership between Worth Township Supervisor Patricia Joan Murphy, State Senator Bill Cunningham and State Reps. Kelly Burke and Fran Hurley along with the Suburban Testing Centers.
