Arlington Heights Crime Blotter: Theft, DUI, Domestic Battery

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL—The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of incidents reported to police and those arrested on criminal charges, which represent accusations by the state that are often dropped or reduced.

Updated information may be available from the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court. Everyone arrested is presumed to be innocent unless found guilty in court beyond a reasonable doubt.

NOTE: These charges occurred between Aug. 21 - Aug. 28.

• Matthew J Gudgeon, 25, of Crystal Lake has been charged with phone harassment and violation of a protection order.
• Marie Gina Riha,18, of Arlington Heights has been charged with domestic battery.
• Jeremiah Frederick Zajler, 19, of Arlington Heights has been charged with theft.
• Shindulguun Ganbold, 25, of Schaumberg has been charged with DUI/Alcohol.
• Danny Lee, 23, of Northbrook, has been charged with domestic battery and two counts of battery.
• Aleksander Szuba, 44, of Hoffman Estates has been charged with not wearing a seat belt and driving with a revoke/suspended driver’s license.
• Eli Jhuzett Mendieta-Maldonado, 24, of Des Plaines has been charged with domestic battery
• Nathan T. Mittlebrun, 27, of Arlington Heights has been charged with possession of a controlled substance and DUI/Drugs.
• Daniel Kevin Corcoran, 32, of Arlington Heights has been charged with the possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a vehicle uninsured.
• Kara A Holland, 24, of Mount Juliet has been charged with having no driver’s license/permit.
