Arlington Heights Invited to Holiday Version of 'Movies With the Mayor'

Families are invited to watch a free movie alongside Arlington Heights Mayor Tom Hayes at its charitable "Movie with the Mayor."

From the Village of Arlington Heights: Paragon Theaters, 53 S. Evergreen, invites families to enjoy a free movie alongside Arlington Heights Mayor Tom Hayes at its charitable “Movie with the Mayor” event that will take place on Saturday, December 10, kicking off with holiday festivities at 9 a.m.

Two holiday themed movies - POLAR EXPRESS (Rated G), and ELF (Rated PG) - will start at 10 a.m., and all guests with a non-perishable food donation will receive free admission. Cub Scouts from Pack 129 will be on hand to collect the donations, which will benefit the Wheeling Township Food Pantry.

In addition, Paragon Arlington Heights is offering a free Large Popcorn for each new unwrapped toy donation to support Toys for Tots (please no stuffed animals). The Northwest Suburban Marine Corps League will be on hand to collect those donations.
