Woman Nabbed On Multiple Retail Theft Charges Had A Warrant: Arlington Heights PD Blotter
The 20-year-old was also charged with resisting a peace officer during the arrest earlier this week.

- Megan Margaret Anderson, 52, of the 400 block of E. Valley Lane, Arlington Heights, is accused of driving on a revoked license, improper use of registration, and was arrested at 12:52 a.m. Dec. 12, in the 400 block of E. Valley Lane, Arlington Heights. She was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 13, 2026.
- Jonnathan J. Briceno Silva, 40, of the 2600 block of W. Albion Street, Arlington Heights, is accused of driving on a suspended license, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 1:20 a.m. Dec. 5, at E. Golf and S. Meier roads. A court date of Jan. 29, 2026 was assigned.
- Vincent J. Gonzales, 23, of the 1400 block of Homestead Road, LaGrange Park, is accused of driving on a suspended license, improper use of registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 11:35 p.m. Dec. 9, in the 20 block of W. Algonquin Road, Arlington Heights. A court date of Jan. 13, 2026 was assigned.
- Nelson S. Lopez-Garcia, 26, of the 4400 block of W. Monroe Street, Chicago, is accused of driving on a suspended license, driving on a revoked license, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 5:09 a.m. Dec. 9, at W. Palatine and Wheeling roads. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 28, 2026.
RETAIL THEFT
Dasharra J. Cokley, 20, of the 300 block of Cherry Valley Road, Vernon Hills, is accused of three counts of retail theft, resisting a peace officer, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 6:55 p.m. Dec. 9, in the 800 block of W. Dundee Road. She was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 12.

BATTERY
Tyshaun Davis, 24, of the 130 block of Indiana Street, Forest Park, is accused of battery, domestic battery, and was arrested at 9:22 p.m. Dec. 7, in the 400 block of W. Algonquin Road. A court date of Dec. 30 was assigned.
VIOLATION OF BAIL BOND
Jonathan P. Greco, 34, homeless, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 12:04 a.m. Dec. 8, at S. Arlington Heights and E. Noyes roads.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
Emily A. Kussmann, 39, of the 200 block of N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI intoxicating compound, driving on a suspended license, resisting a peace officer, and was arrested at 10:34 p.m. Dec. 8, at E. Kensington and Dryden avenues. She was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 13, 2026.
VIOLATING AN ORDER OF PROTECTION
Teko R. Mbacham, 44, of the 2400 block of S. Goebbert Road, Arlington Heights, is accused of violating an order of protection, resisting a peace officer, and was arrested at 9:37 a.m. Dec. 7, in the 2400 block of S. Goebbert Road. A court date of Dec. 12 was assigned.
POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
- Gary Mitchell, 38, of the 2200 block of S. Goebbert Road, Arlington Heights, is accused of possession of a controlled substance, driving on a revoked license, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, and was arrested at 5:10 p.m. Dec. 11, in the 2200 block of S. Goebbert Road. He was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 16.
- Eric C. Oberfranc, 31, of the 500 block of E. Seegers Road, Arlington Heights, is accused of possession of a controlled substance, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 5:51 p.m. Dec. 5, in the 500 block of E. Seegers Road. A court date of Dec. 29 was assigned.
