- Andrew M. Feldt, 49, of the 400 block of Brynwood Lane, Belvedere, is accused of retail theft, criminal trespass to a building, and was arrested at 1:07 p.m. Nov. 23, in the 100 block of N. Vail Avenue. A court date of Jan. 21, 2026, was assigned.
- George N. Raczynski, 33, of Genoa City, Wisconsin, is accused of retail theft, obstructing identification, and was arrested at 10:19 a.m. Nov. 18, in the 2000 block of S. Arlington Heights Road. He was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 11.
BURGLARY
Evan D. Kalka, 20, of the 10 block of E. Canterbury Drive, Arlington Heights, is accused of burglary, possession of a controlled substance, criminal damage to property, and was arrested at 6:57 a.m. Nov. 25, in the 0-10 block of E. College Drive. He was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 1.

VIOLATION OF BAIL BOND
Isaac Josue Colina-Rodriguez, 25, of the 500 block of N. Lawndale Avenue, Chicago, is accused of retail theft, had two warrants for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 9 p.m. Nov. 18, at the police station. A court date of Dec. 19 was assigned.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
David Rodgers, 54, of the 1400 block of Fox Chase, Bartlett, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, and was arrested at 2:31 a.m. Nov. 16, at Northwest Highway and Euclid Avenue. He was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 18.

VIOLATING AN ORDER OF PROTECTION
- Natalie D. Heins, 44, of the 1500 block of W. Raleigh Court, Arlington Heights, is accused of violating of an order of protection, and was arrested at 4:48 p.m. Nov. 19. A court date of Dec. 1 was assigned.
- Anthony E. Lombardo, 45, of the 1200 block of S. Old Wilke Road, Arlington Heights, is accused of violating an order of protection, and was arrested at 9:54 a.m. Nov. 20, in the 2100 block of Euclid Avenue, Rolling Meadows. A court date of Dec. 9 was assigned.
DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED LICENSE
- Keshawn Leflore Parker, 30, of the 1200 block of N. American Lane, Schaumburg, is accused of driving on a suspended license, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 7:51 p.m. Nov. 18, in the 2200 block of S. Arlington Heights Road. A court date of Jan. 13, 2026, was assigned.
- Jerome R. Mosley, 37, of the 12500 block of S. Emerald Avenue, Chicago, is accused of driving on a revoked license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 10:28 a.m. Nov. 14, at I-90 and Arlington Heights road. He was released and assigned a court date of Dec. 4.
