Job-Seeking Teens Invited To Local Fair

The go-to event for high school teens looking for part-time work is the Teen Job Fair. Read on for all the details!

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL -- The go-to event for high school teens looking for part-time work is the Teen Job Fair, held on Tuesday, February 6, from 6 -8 p.m. in the Hendrickson Room at the Arlington Heights Memorial Library, 500 N. Dunton Ave.

The event is organized by the Arlington Heights Youth Commission and the Arlington Heights Memorial Library. The job fair will showcase local businesses offering jobs with flexible hours for teen students and area organizations will have volunteer, internship and other opportunities for teens. The drop-in event is for high school students only.

The “How to Job Fair” will be held the same night, 6 - 7 p.m. at the Hub in the library where teens can brush up on interviewing skills, test out their handshakes and shake out the jitters before meeting potential employers.
