DES PLAINES, IL — Without community leaders, Des Plaines Patch wouldn’t hum along nearly as smoothly as it does. We’d miss their contributions in big and small ways.

Patch has partnered with T-Mobile to recognize these often unsung community leaders and celebrate their contributions.

Assists in worship at First Congregational Church of Des Plaines and does the promotion and arranges the promotion of church events. She also directs the activities of the food pantry and clothes closet.

She is tireless in her efforts to meet her responsibilities and is a good and faithful member of the community.

She is loyal and accepting of people of all kinds and is always willing to help in any way she can.
