Jonnathan J. Briceno Silva, 40, of the 2600 block of W. Albion Street, Arlington Heights, is accused of driving on a suspended license, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 1:20 a.m. Dec. 5, at E. Golf and Meier roads. A court date of Jan. 29, 2026 was assigned.

Evan B. Dawood, 41, of the 2300 block of S. Goebbert Road, Arlington Heights, is accused of possession of methamphetamine, resisting a peace officer, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 5:43 p.m. Nov. 27, in the 600 block of E. Algonquin Road, Arlington Heights.
CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO VEHICLE
Christopher M. Kurz, of the 400 block of Burno Drive, Palatine, is accused of criminal trespass to vehicle, and was arrested at 4:25 a.m. Dec. 1, in the 2100 block of E. Goebbert Road. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 13, 2026.
VIOLATING AN ORDER OF PROTECTION
Nicholas J. Wiley, 25, of the 1000 block of N. Kennicott Avenue, Arlington Heights, is accused of two counts of violating an order of protection, harassment through electronic communication, and was arrested at 12:21 a.m. Dec. 3, at the AHPD station. A court date of Dec. 23 was assigned.
