1st Aurora Restaurant Week Starts This Week: See The List

AURORA, IL — The first-ever Aurora Restaurant Week starts Tuesday, launching a two-week spotlight on the city's growing food and beverage scene.

During Restaurant Week, which runs until Feb. 4, residents and visitors will have the chance to savor exclusive discounts and prix-fixe menus at participating restaurants across the city, from casual spots to fine dining establishments.

More than 55 restaurants are partaking in the event.

"Aurora's restaurant scene is truly booming," Alex Alexandrou, the city's chief management officer, said in a statement. "We have some incredibly talented chefs and diverse culinary offerings throughout Aurora, making this the perfect time for everyone to explore what Aurora has to offer. Aurora Restaurant Week will give residents and visitors alike the chance to escape the cold winter days, enjoy a fantastic meal, and experience the extraordinary range of dining options right here in Aurora."
