Body Found In Fox River: Aurora Police

AURORA, IL — A woman's body was found in the Fox River Saturday afternoon, Aurora police said.

Officers were dispatched to the 700 block of South River Street around 3:30 p.m. after 31-year-old woman's body was discovered.

Police said there is no indication of foul play, and the woman's identity is not being released pending notification of next of kin.

Detectives from the Aurora Police Department Investigations Division and the Kane County Coroner's Office responded to the scene.
