The man had only been out of jail for three weeks before the assault

Stephawn Johnson was sentenced to 11 years in prison for sexually assaulting a woman in 2015, according to the Beacon-News. Johnson was convicted in Kane County court of drugging and assaulting a 19-year-old woman in May 2015 at an apartment on South Lincoln Avenue in Aurora.
Johnson had only been out of jail for three weeks at the time of the assault. He had previously plead guilty to robbing a gas station in 2014.
