Founded in 1951 in Chicago by Aurora native Louis Cordogan, the firm relocated to the Old Second National Bank building in Aurora in 1968. After acquiring the Stephens-Adamson manufacturing facility on Ridgeway Avenue, Cordogan Clark moved its headquarters to that location in 1999, where it came into its own as a leading architecture and design firm.

Designed with forward-thinking technology, our new headquarters will enhance connectivity and teamwork, offering a modern, comfortable environment with a mix of casual seating and traditional office space. The renovation of this existing building reinforces our commitment to sustainable design, preserving resources while creating a dynamic and energy-efficient workspace. With 65 employees at this location — and a growing presence across the Midwest and internationally in Spain — this move reflects our ongoing growth and dedication to excellence in architecture, engineering, and construction management.
