Mexican Seafood Restaurant, Bar Opens On Aurora's West Side
Muchaco Alegre Restaurant's extensive menu features various seafood plates, steaks and appetizers.

AURORA, IL — A new Mexican seafood restaurant celebrated its grand opening Tuesday in Aurora.
Muchacho Alegre is located at 1941 W. Galena Blvd. on Aurora's west side. Owned by Isabel Zepeda, the eatery is also home to a full-service bar, private event space and a VIP lounge.
An extensive menu features various seafood plates, steaks and appetizers.

"This business is the product of many years of hard work, dedication, and a great team behind me," Zepeda said in a statement. "I am proud to be a woman-owned, Hispanic-owned business in Aurora."
City officials hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the restaurant, aptly opening during Women's History Month, at 1 p.m. Tuesday.
