Road Closed in Aurora due to Serious Crash

Route 25 was closed between Indian Trail and Sullivan Road due to a serious traffic crash on Monday night, according to Aurora Police Spokesman Dan Ferrelli. Police asked people to avoid the area for several hours.

Around 3:30 p.m. on Monday, two cars crashed on Route 25. A northbound vehicle spun out and hit a southbound vehicle. The northbound vehicle then hit a pole. The driver of the northbound vehicle was in serious condition and was taken to a hospital.

The Aurora police later announced on their Facebook page that the road was open to traffic again.
