Sushi Restaurant, Convenience Store Among New Fox Valley Mall Tenants

AURORA, IL — Four new businesses are set to open at Fox Valley Mall. Among them are a sushi restaurant, a convenience store and two boutiques.

NY Designer Rack, a women's clothing store, is already open. Fox Valley Convenience, NY Designer Rack and XIMI Life are expected to open around December, mall executives said in a news release Tuesday. The stores join six other businesses that have opened so far this year at the Aurora mall.

Fox Valley Convenience

• What: A convenience store selling pre-packed candies, pastries and snacks. The store will also offer a selection of cold non-alcoholic bottled and canned beverages as well as health and beauty aids, tobacco and vape products and lottery tickets.
• Size: 786 square feet
• Where: Near Round 1 on Level 1, near Entrance 2

NY Designer Rack

• What: A women's clothing store selling "cutting-edge fashion at budget-friendly prices."
• Size: 3,187 square feet
• Where: Near Macy's on Level 1, near Entrance 1

XIMI Life

• What: An internationally recognized Korean-inspired brand selling beauty, fashion, household and lifestyle products that "celebrate the essence of modern Korean style."
• Size: 2,867 square feet
• Where: Near JCPenny on Level 1

Sushi Mania

• What: A specialty restaurant offering sushi, miso soup, green tea and Japanese-inspired ramune drinks.
• Size: 220-square-foot kiosk
• Where: Near Bath & Body Works on Level 1 near Macy's
