An unavailable witness postponed Corderro Pollard's trial this week.
Corderro Pollard, 25, is accused of raping an intoxicated Joliet woman at a home near Aurora University in August 2012. Three suspects were initially arrested in October 2012 and charged with criminal sexual assault, however he remains the only one still facing sex assault allegation. He has pleaded not guilty and remains free on bond.
An Aurora police detective key to the case was not present to testify this week and Kane County Judge John Barsanti agreed to postpone the trial, according to the Aurora Beacon-News.
