32nd Annual Chop Around The Clock Planned At Foltos Tonsorial Parlor

This 24-hour event will include everything from music, dancing and an open mic to a bake sale, bingo and poetry reading.

BATAVIA, IL — This year marks the 32nd year Foltos’ Tonsorial Parlor at 7 E. Wilson Street in Batavia, Illinois has produced Chop Around the Clock. Beginning on Friday, June 2 at 4 p.m., all the way through to Saturday, June 3, at 4 p.m., we will cut hair and donate all the proceeds to the Ronald McDonald’s Children’s Charities.

This 24-hour fun-filled event will include music, dancing, bake sale, raffles, balloon blowing, bingo, open mic, poetry, hot dogs…the fun never stops! We have raised over $350,000 over the past 31 years!! We need bakers, dancers, entertainers, people to get haircuts, anything you can think of.

Friday, June 2
4:00 to 5:00 pm Let the games begin – haircuts, food and balloon blowing

5:00 to 6:00 pm BBQ, BBQ, BBQ, hot dogs and more

6:00 pm The music begins as well as the Brisket cookout. Don’t miss the great Pulled Pork BBQ and Brisket, hot dogs and anything else extravaganza at the Chop.

7:00 pm Kids’ games

8:00 to 11:00 pm World’s longest conga line, balloons, bingo, dancing, musicians, kids’ games and more

11:00 pm Friday to 8:00 a.m. Saturday Music really gets started, stories, and ever-exciting late night haircuts

Saturday, June 3
8:00 am Bring breakfast

8:30 to 10:00 am Musical entertainment and kids’ games

10:00 am to 4:00 pm Face painting, more music, more food and GREAT haircuts, of course!
