Best Halloween Decorations? 16 Batavia Houses Participating In Contest
The house with the most votes by Wednesday will be declared the winner of the Batavia Park District's 2023 People's Choice Award.
BATAVIA, IL — Sixteen houses decked out for Halloween are vying to be crowned this year's winner of the Batavia Park District's People's Choice Award.
The properties, spread out across the city, are decorated to celebrate the spooky season, and to award their creativity, the park district is holding a contest on Facebook.
The house with the most "likes" by noon on Wednesday will win the decorating contest. Although photos are posted on Facebook, organizers encourage locals to drive by each house to "fully experience the creative artistry all around town."
