The library also announced a special additional program from noon to 1 p.m. Jan. 30, when local author Marnie Mamminga and illustrator Mary C. Parks will introduce their second children's book, "The Wolf Song in Me." The book follows the duo's first, "The Woodpecker's Song," as part of the Finding Wisdom in Nature series.

As part of the presentation, Parks will demonstrate a torn paper collage technique, the same technique she chose for illustrating the series.
