Guns Used In Robbery Of Man At 118th And Western

CHICAGO — A man was robbed on Western Avenue in the city's Morgan Park neighborhood near the border of Blue Island Thursday afternoon, police said. Chicago police are investigating the reported incident near 118th and Western.

Police said a 22-year-old man was approached by two men he didn't know around 3 p.m. on May 7 before the men pulled guns on him and "demanded property."

The victim gave the robbers multiple items, police said, before the two fled.

Arrests had not been made as of Friday afternoon.
