Reservations For Jumping Jack Bounce House Program Start Monday

CHICAGO — Planning a block club party this summer? Spice it up for the kiddos by signing up for Chicago’s Jumping Jack Program and save the cost of renting a bouncy house. The Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events will open reservations at 8 a.m. Monday, April 15.

The inflatable bounce house is available free of charge to only residential block parties with the Chicago city limits from Saturday, May 25, through Sunday, Sept. 1. The Jumping Jack books quickly, so don’t delay reserving one for your block party.

Please note the following:

• Applicant must reside on the block where the Block Party is taking place.
• Units are available on Saturdays and Sundays only. (Requests are typically highest on Saturdays – please consider Sundays).
• Requests are filled on a first-come-first-served basis. If the date does not appear in the drop-down list, it is already full and unavailable.
• The application is best completed on a computer using Google Chrome.
