The Will County Children's Advocacy Center was founded in 1995 by State's Attorney James Glasgow to partner with multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) comprised of law enforcement, DCFS investigators, medical personnel, prosecutors, and Will County CAC forensic interviewers, family advocates, and trauma therapists to respond to reports of severe physical abuse, sexual abuse, commercial exploitation, neglect, and exposure to violence of children, in Will County, Illinois.

In honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Junior's Dream, the Speech Team will host the 4th Annual Tournament of Dreams Saturday on Jan. 21. More than 20 teams will come to BHS to compete in 14 IHSA individual events including public speaking, poetry, acting and much more. Rounds begin at 8 a.m. and continue at 9:30 and 11a.m. with final rounds starting at 2 p.m.  Admission is free and the public is welcome. Information on how to watch the rounds of competition will be available at various tables throughout the building.
