Bolingbrook Intersection Could Add Third Gas Station

A third gas station for the Boughton Road-Route 53 intersection could be soon in the making, according to village documents.

Bolingbrook's Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on a special use permit for a planned commercial development with variances for a new Circle K gas station at 101 E. Boughton Rd.

Two gas stations already operate at the intersection, which is anchored by .

The permit is being requested by Ambrose Design Group, LLC.

The commission will meet Wednesday at 8 p.m. at the Bolingbrook Town Center. The meeting is open to the public.

Another request—sought by the Home Depot—for a special use permit for a planned commercial development with variances is also set for a public hearing.
