BOLINGBROOK, IL — A 20-year-old Bolingbrook man named Tre Daniel is currently facing several felony weapon charges, Bolingbrook Police told Patch on Wednesday. Police took Daniel into custody shortly before midnight on Tuesday, Bolingbrook PD Public Information Officer Anthony Columbus said, after they responded to reports of a single-car crash in the 400 block of East Briarcliff Road.
"On April 14th, 2020, at 11:51 pm, officers were dispatched to the 400 block of East Briarcliff Road, for a single car accident. The driver, Tre Da Monte Daniel... lost control of his vehicle for an unknown reason, striking a tree on the side of the road," Columbus said.

Police said Daniel was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of the minor injuries he had sustained in the crash, and was then transported to the Will County Jail in Joliet.
