Alexander-Basta said that by the time the first summer concert takes place on June 5, that "it's going to be beautiful."

The addition of the dock will increase the attractiveness of the pond, and allow people to fish deeper parts of the pond.

Adding a focal point on the far corner of the pond will also attract people around the pond and better utilize the entire area during events, Alexander-Basta added.

"We are trying to get this done as quickly as possible," she said.
