Bolingbrook's Winterfest Planned For Feb. 3

BOLINGBROOK, IL — Enjoy some wintry activities at Bolingbrook Park District's annual Winterfest on Feb. 3 at the Annerino Community Center.

The fest will run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. outdoors, so eventgoers should dress for the weather, according to the park district.

The fest will feature family games, snow painting, a snowball slingshot, snow shoeing (weather dependent), a snowy obstacle course, a fire pit with s'mores and a family photo station.

There will also be hot chocolate provided by the Foundation for Bolingbrook parks, while supplies last. The Fountaindale Public Library will also offer sponsored activities, as well as its Bookmobile.
