The Will County Children's Advocacy Center was founded in 1995 by State's Attorney James Glasgow to partner with multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) comprised of law enforcement, DCFS investigators, medical personnel, prosecutors, and Will County CAC forensic interviewers, family advocates, and trauma therapists to respond to reports of severe physical abuse, sexual abuse, commercial exploitation, neglect, and exposure to violence of children, in Will County, Illinois.

On the eve of the 5th annual Raider Madness, an event that introduces the boys basketball team, two Raiders have signed letters of intent to continue their basketball career in college next season. Both Josh Little, a 5-foot-7 point guard, and Cam Burnett, a 6-foor-3 wing, will attend Ashford University in Clinton, IA. Little averaged 8 points per game and 6 rebounds last year on the Raiders' varsity while Burnett averaged 7 points and 5 assists. Ashford is one of the top NAIA programs in the country. This Saturday's Raider Madness will begin at 6 p.m. in the BHS gym. A disc jockey will be on hand, with several raffles and giveaways. A 3-point shooting contest and a dunk contest are also on the schedule.
