Free Fishing Days Planned For Father's Day At Hidden Lakes Trout Farm

BOLINGBROOK, IL — Enjoy some free fishing at Hidden Lakes Trout Farm in Bolingbrook for Father's Day weekend.
According to the Forest Preserve District of Will County, the Illinois Department of Natural Resources sponsors one weekend each summer to sample fishing without requiring a fishing license.
This year, it falls on Father's Day weekend, from June 14 to June 16. In Bolingbrook, all ages can enjoy the free fishing days from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Hidden Lakes Trout Farm at Hidden Oaks Preserve.

The preserve said dads get bait or treats at each location, and house fishing poles are available free on loan. Regular fishing limits apply.
