Lane Closures Expected Wednesday On Boughton Road

BOLINGBROOK, IL — If you typically travel on Boughton Road for your commute, you may want to take another way on Wednesday.

According to the Village, utility work is planned from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday on Boughton Road. Metronet will have lane closures on East Boughon at the intersection of Boughton and Janes Avenue.

If you're traveling eastbound, the inside through lane will be closed between Feather South Drive and southbound I-355 entrance ramp. The inside left turn lane from southbound Janes to eastbound Boughton will also be closed, according to the Village.

If you're traveling westbound, the outside through lane will be closed between northbound I-355 exit ramp and the Janes Avenue intersection.
