As Mother's Day Approaches, Bolingbrook Moms Celebrate Bond With Kids
Local moms recently responded to a Patch call-out asking for them to showcase how much they have in common with their children.

BOLINGBROOK, IL — Mother's Day provides families the opportunity to set a day aside for Mom and to celebrate everything they appreciate about what these women do — not just one day in May — but every day.
But some Bolingbrook moms recently took the opportunity to provide some photo evidence to Patch about just how much they tend to have in common with their kids. While Sunday's special day offers the chance to shower local mothers with gifts and special treats like flowers or jewelry or a day to pamper themselves at a local spa or to celebrate over brunch, here's how these local women chose to appreciate the people in their lives they find special.
Bolingbrook's Kim Koven connects with her youngest son in a "Mini-Me" kind of a way but wrote in her Facebook photo submission that she couldn't leave her oldest son out.

Sandra Flores provided this special moment

And finally, Vicki Denvir offered up this photo memory as a way of saying Happy Mother's Day

So no matter how your family chooses to celebrate Mother's Day, make sure to capture it with a photo (or several) just as a way to remember just how special your Mom is to you.
