New Strip Mall With Coffee Shop Planned Along Weber Road
Coffee shop would anchor a new 7,400 square-foot retail center to be built in front of the Home Depot.

A new multi-tenant retail building is planned along Weber Road thanks to action taken by the village board Tuesday evening.
The 7,400 square-foot building will sit in front of the , located at 105 N. Weber Rd., and is expected to include a space for a yet-to-be announced restaurant. According to village documents, the carry-out restaurant will be a 1,805 square-foot coffee shop.

One of Bolingbrook's four sits just a few blocks down at 261 S. Weber Rd. Across the street from that coffee shop sits at 266 S. Weber Rd. A also operates near the proposed coffee shop at 1255 W. Boughton Rd.
So aside from a mom and pop shop or speciality cafe claiming the new location, it appears the national chains have the area covered.

The west side of town has been a hot bed for business comings and goings over the last year or so.
In December 2010, opened at 123 S. Weber Rd. Just a few months later Borders and Blockbuster announced they would be closing their stores because of financial problems.
