DUI Martell Walton, 18, of the first block of Fernwood Drive, was charged with DUI, illegal transportation of alcohol, improper lane usage and traffic sign violation following a traffic stop at the intersection of Pinecrest Road and Briarcliff Road at 12:22 a.m. 2. DUI Ruth Norma, 39, of the 14000 block of South Oregon Drive in Plainfiled, was charged with failure to reduce speed, improper lane usage, no insurance and two counts of DUI on the 500 block of Remington Boulevard at 4:45 a.m. 3. Aggravated battery Denisa Sobik, 21, of the 4100 block of Lexington Drive, was charged with aggravated battery, resisting a peace officer and disorderly conduct and Dennis Rocco, 22 of the 100 block of Lexington Drive Boulevard, was charged with disorderly conduct following a call to the home for loud music and a domestic disturbance at 2:11 a.m.
