Retail theft, drug arrest Lateshia Iqbal, 37, 407 Buell Ave., Joliet, was charged with retail theft and possession of a controlled substance at 5:57 p.m. at Meijer, 755 E. Boughton Road. Stereo stolen from car A Pioneer stereo was taken from an unlocked vehicle parked overnight on the 300 block of Dean Circle.
