Sunday, Jan. 22 Car stolen A vehicle was taken between 9:45 a.m. and 4:15 p.m. from a parking lot on the 500 block of Remington Boulevard. Monday, Jan. 23 Cell phone stolen from car A cell phone, valued at $600, was taken sometime between Jan. 22 and Jan. 23 from a car parked on the 100 block of Enclave Circle. Battery arrest Florentino Molina, 38, 232 N. Pinecrest Road, was charged with domestic battery and resisting a peace officer at 10:25 p.m. following a call to the residence. DUI charge Charles Thomas, 22, 21754 W. Halifax Dr., Plainfield, was charged with a driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage, failure to signal and driving on a suspended license following a traffic stop at 12:25 a.m. on the 1000 block of South Weber Road.
