Police Blotter: Domestic Battery, DUI and Possession of a Stolen Car

Monday, Jan. 2

1. Possession of a stolen car

Michael Sangston, 21, of the 300 block of Sword Way, was charged with possession of a stolen car on the 2000 block of Glendale Drive at 6:44 a.m.

2. DUI

Eric Ruiz, 29, of the 300 block of Kirkwood Circle, was charged with two counts of DUI, driving on a suspended license, no insurance, resisting a peace officer and criminal damage to property on the 200 block of Coral Court at 3:55 a.m. Christian Cardeanas, 17, was also charged with criminal damage to a motor vehicle in the incident.

Saturday, Dec. 31

3. Domestic battery

Carlatus Kibble, 30, of the 100 block of East Robinhood Way, was charged with domestic battery and resisting a peace officer following a call to the home for a domestic disturbance at 11:09 p.m.

4. Warrant

Oscar Ruiz-Gonzalez, 32, of the 4800 block of Mallview Lane, was charged with an in-state warrant following a traffic stop at the intersection of Briarcliff road and Oxford Drive at 4:18 p.m.
