Game systems, electronics stolen

A Playstation 3, XBox, laptop and iTouch were stolen between 4 and 5 p.m. from a home on the 400 block of Bluebird Drive. The items are valued together at $1,100.

Stalking, residential burglary

Felix Contreras Jr., 30, 305B Woodcreek Drive, was charged with stalking and residential burglary at 10:20 a.m. after police received a call to the 200 block of Juniper Lane due to an open door. Contreras was found hiding in a closet.

Phones stolen from AT&T store

Two phones, valued at $1,500, were stolen from a display at 7:29 p.m. at the store, 720 E. Boughton Road.

Retail theft

Jessica Perkins, 28, 15130 Wood Farm Road, Plainfield, was charged with a retail theft at 4:18 p.m. at Meijer, 255 N. Weber Road.

Wednesday, Jan. 18

Battery

Jane Sanders, 51, 238 Butternut Drive, was charged with aggravated battery and domestic battery at 11:36 p.m. at the residence.

XBox stolen

An XBox game system was stolen from a juvenile’s backpack at 10:36 p.m. on the 200 block of South Weber Road.

Three net theft charges

Dalton Mclain, 18, 1603 S. State St., St. Joseph, Mich., Matthew Jordan, 22, 526 Lemon Creek Byrdoa, Mich., and Kate Crandall, 19, 2508 Lakeshore Drive, St. Joseph, Mich., were retail theft at 6:35 p.m. after the trio walked out of Meijer, 225 N. Weber Road, without paying for numerous diabetic strips. Mclain was charged with felony retail theft and possession of stolen property; Jordan was charged with retail theft, possession of stolen property and possession of marijuana; and Crandall was charged with driving on a suspended license, one taillight, no insurance, retail theft and possession of stolen property.
