Hit and run charged

Isidro Cruz-Castillo, 24, 8108 Waterbury Court, Woodridge, was charged with an in-state warrant, hit and run, no insurance and no valid driver’s license, at 6:38 p.m. following a traffic stop in the 600 block of Preston Drive.

Monday, Feb. 20

Portable DVD player stolen from car

A portable DVD player, valued at $100,  was stolen from an unlocked vehicle between Feb. 19 and Feb. 20 in the 300 block of Foxborough Trail.

Generator, air compressor stolen

Someone stole a generator and air compressor, valued together at $7,500, from the 1000 block of North Janes Avenue.

Retail theft charge

Emily Kuligowski, 22, 4932 W 91st St., Oak Lawn, was charged with retail theft at 7:34 p.m. at Kohl’s, 1138 W. Boughton Road.
