Charles Poncar, 32, 190 Nutwood Court, was charged with resisting a peace officer at 12:16 a.m. following a call to the residence for a disturbance.

Obstruction charge
Jarvis Thrasher, 24, 110 N. Kenilworth St., Oak Park, was charged with a moving violation and obstructing justice at 8:03 p.m. following a traffic stop at Bolingbrook Drive and Greentree Court.

Disturbance call nets charges against four
Maximiliano Ovando, 26, 116 Jamestown Lane, and Luis DeLaCruz, 20, 132 Beaconridge Drive, were both charged with resisting a peace officer at 11:17 p.m. following a call to Lot I Beaconridge. Also charged were Miguel Antonino, 20, 21011 Siegle Drive, Crest Hill, for resisting a peace officer, criminal defacement and aggravated battery; and Emmanuel Antonino, 19, 21011 Siegle Drive, Crest Hill, for resisting a peace officer and criminal defacement.
