Police Blotter: More Stolen Cars, DUI and Theft

Saturday, Dec. 10

1. Stolen car

A 1998 maroon Durango was taken from the parking lot on the 400 block of West Crossroads Parkway between midnight and 3 a.m.

2. Theft

Police were called to the 100 block of East Robinhood Way for the report of a theft. A snow blower, lawnmower and extension ladder were taken from the side of a garage between Dec. 9 and Dec. 10. Loss valued at $450.

3. Warrant

Tiffany Davis, 27, of the 800 block of North Court Street in Rockford, was charged with an in-state warrant, driving on a suspended license and failure to signal following a traffic stop at the intersection of Weber Road and Normantown Road at 7:26 p.m.

4. Battery

Timothy Jackson, 32, of the 100 block of Garden Drive, was charged with battery following a call to the home at 11:02 p.m.

5. Failure to report an accident

Robert Hickey, 33, of the 100 block of Larchmont Way, was charged with improper lane usage, no insurance, failure to report an accident and driving on a suspended license following a traffic stop on the 900 block of Boughton Road at 8:48 p.m.

Friday, Dec. 9

6. DUI

Jerry Petis, 37, of the 300 block of Deering Lane, was charged with DUI and illegal transportation of alcohol following a traffic stop on the 300 block of South Bolingbrook Drive at 2:40 a.m.

7. Stolen car

A 1997 gray Blazer was taken from the 100 block of Beaconridge Drive between 5:20 a.m. and 5:43 a.m. The car was left running with keys in the ignition.
