Presidential Poll: Romney Picks Up Endorsement; Who Has Your Vote?

Bolingbrook Patch will begin polling its readers on a weekly basis to gauge their interest in the election, its candidates and what issues are most important to them.

The 2012 election is still many months away. But some of the most deciding moments are now in the next few weeks.

With Iowa's GOP caucus—the earliest one in the nation—set for Jan. 3, Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney picked up a key endorsement last week from the Des Moines Register.

Those are qualities Mitt Romney said he looks for in a leader. Those are qualities Romney himself has demonstrated in his career in business, public service and government. Those qualities help the former Massachusetts governor stand out as the most qualified Republican candidate competing in the Iowa caucuses.
