A 29-year-old Romeoville man is in jail after police said he was caught having sex with a 14-year-old girl near a local school on Sunday. Hoa Van Nguyen, 29, of the 100 block of Arcadia in <a href="https://www.romeoville.patch.com" rel="nofollow">Romeoville</a>, is being charged with aggravated criminal sexual assault for his part in the incident, which occured on the 500 block of Gary Drive just before 3 p.m. According to police, officers received a phone call about two subjects possibly having sex in a gold car near the baseball fields of . Upon arrival, police found two people putting their clothes back on near a gold Honda Accord along the access road just east of the school. Initially, police said, Nguyen said he was 17 years old. But after officers looked at his identification, it was found he was 29 years old. The 14-year-old girl was taken to and Nguyen was processed and turned over to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.
