Tibbott a Finalist in Publisher Competition, Could Win $500 in Games
Tibbott students could be in line for $500 in games if the school gets the most votes by Dec. 1.

There's little doubt that kids learn better when they can participate in fun, educational games in the classroom.
Students at Tibbott Elementary are hoping your vote could land them $500 worth of free games thanks in part to a competition held by Out of the Box Publishing.
Tibbott is one of just 40 finalist schools from around the country vying for the top prize—$500 worth of games from Out of the Box.

Robert Myers, a parent of a former Tibbott student, said the games could be a huge boost considering recent cuts the school district has had to make.
"A majority of the students that attend the school don't even have books in their homes," Myers said in his Twitter feed.
Voting for the competition ends Dec. 1.
