BOLINGBROOK, IL — Easter is now less than a week away and so time is running out to reserve a spot for brunch if you prefer not to cook at home. A number of restaurants in the Bolingbrook area are featuring special menus or buffets for brunch or dinner this Easter.

The Almuerzo de Pascua features a made-to-order omelet station, a carving station with adobo marinated prime rib and chile tamarind glazed ham, salsa verde chilaquiles, chicken tortilla soup, and other Mexican favorites, fresh fruit, ceviche, a sweets table, and complimentary Mimosas. Brunch runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

This year, Easter will be celebrated with champagne and prime rib brunch which will include traditional breakfast offerings, a made-to-order omelet station, carving station, and lunch selections including sausage and peppers, salmon piccata, chicken Limone and cavatelli Betolla. The brunch menu will be offered between 10 a.m.and 2:30 p.m.
